The first, a chocolate spiced marinated pork chop with a savory chocolate sauce served with creamy mashed potatoes and a salad of cherry tomato, fennel, roquette & boiled egg.
The second, a bourbon and chipotle marinated fried half chook with Boston baked beans with double smoked speck and house made slaw.
