Melbourne Cup Luncheon :

Poached king prawn and Sydney rock oyster with seasonal fruit, avocado and roma tomato salsa, caviar and baby watercress.
Roasted pumpkin, beetroot, asparagus, braised cherry tomatoes, chevre (goat cheese) tart with balsamic reduction.
Beef tenderloin (cape grim beef 180 g) with paris mash, asparagus spears, herb salad and oyster mushroom jus.
Kingfish fillet 200g with kipfler potatoes, beans, braised cherry tomatoes, salsa verde, béarnaise.
Wild mushroom risotto with spinach, pinenuts, parmeggiano reggiano and balsamic.
Aromatic tea and champagne jelly with pistachio ice cream , mixed berries, orange slice and mint.
If you’re not at the race track itself there is no other place to be then at the Dove & Olive on the biggest day in spring!!
